I love this picture......It just tells it all. The Tigers beat the White Sox for the 3rd straight game 4-3 in ten innings today at Comerica Park and have increased their lead in the Central to 3 games.
The only bad news on the day is once again the Tigers have left Edwin Jackson out to dry. ANOTHER masterpiece by Jackson, at least he gets a no decision instead of a loss. This guy has been great. The Tigers better a deal for him to keep him here for a long time.
The Tigers took a 2-0 lead in the first inning on Cabrera's RBI single and a run-scoring groundout by Guillen, but didn't get another runner in scoring position until Gerald Laird's seventh-inning double.
Things were lookin bad before this series started, the sox came in on a roll, but after 3 games, it looks like the confidence has returned to this Tigers team.
